I know, I'm not satisfied with the texture too but I'm to lazy to update it.
I used the exact same photo for my texture.

That's nice photo to create a texture, you should consider to spend more time on textures if you want to have better faces.

I've got this problem once before, but couldn't find the solution.
I've messed something up with head model.

I had same experience. I usually tried to export CFF again from Blender till it works fine. If you check face in the CM, you find same preview as you showed in the game. I usually keep open my blender till I get a good version of my interest face in the CM.

I tried exporting model from Blender few times, all with the same result.
