Face Patch Problem

Hi guys...

For the first time, I decided to add some faces to my game...and now I have a problem. I used the FIFA4FANS Confed. Cup patch...which comes with an installer. Now...all the players with faces in that patch have the red and green skin problem...and no heads on close-ups. In addition, I can not use the German and Brazilian national teams at all...game crashes back to desktop when I try to play with them.

What have I done wrong...and what do I need to do?
