face pack problem

Hi guys, trying to install the Portuguese league face pack (small) from sortitoutsi and it doesn't seem to work. I've tried a bunch of different things to get it to work but no luck. Am i missing something here?

just to clarify a bit...I used win rar and zipped the file to graphics/pictures/normal/portugal...but it still won't work. The pack has been given a 5 star rating by other users so I reckon the problem is on my end
