Exposing Tournaments

I'd asked about this for FIFA 18 when there were a few different people around here that have since stopped visiting and a couple had ideas for how to do this but it didn't go anywhere. So I thought I'd ask again.
Obviously, when playing career mode as a manager, you're given the opportunity to spend several months, years qualifying for and then playing the World Cup for any country that is in the game that is offered to you. That means those qualifications are IN the game. Is there any way to expose them, the way you can expose and assign other career tournaments to different countries so that you could play an independent World Cup qualification in the game?

Yes it is possible but really hard because Creation Master & Shawminators DA (FIFA 18 Creation Master) can't read the compdatas from FIFA 19.There are some new

So you have to write a tool for it or edit them with notepad++,excel or any editor.. Thats really hard because of the line-ids.
