Experiencing some CM4 Problems

Hello, though I have been playing CM4 for about a week I am still very new to it because I've not had much time to play lately. So I just have a few questions to ask.

1. Why am I not able to say something positive to the media about my players? I am able to issue warnings and such, but I do not have the option of positive remarks.

2. I now have 3 assistant managers (obviously a problem), but I hired a new one who is amazing (Miguel Angel Aragon) and promoted him to Ast Mang. However, another of my managers who was there prior still seems to make the descions. I cannot fire him or demote him can I?

There was another question but I cannot remember what it was.

3. Why in all my training do the coaches report that the players are not trying hard enough? I am not doing the training myself as I am trying to learn everything right now. Everyone is 2 stars out of 5.

for question 3, if you don't have the enhancement pack no. 5 on then that mught explain you're problem.
Before i put the patch on whatever the schedule or the coaches they would have 2 stars for training.

i don't know what you can possibly do for question 1, but for question2 i have had this problem and what usually works is if i offer the other ast. managers which i don't want coaching contracts, usually they accept, if not then you have a problem.

1: They have to have played 5 official matches before you can praise/criticise them on their recent form.

the patch, the patch corrects that as well. it brings it up almost to cm0304 standard, you can release info praiseing or critising their performances
