Europa League error in second season- Infinity patch

Hi,

I have modded my fifa 16 with infinity patch. I added serbian first and second league instead of norwegian league, and after modding in player career mode the europa league is not working after the first season. I edited my fifa with CM 16, Champions league is still working fine.

What can it be?
