Nice start.

Here are some tipps ;-)

- use the right flag positions (have a look at fifa 14 banner texture)
- put the Template on top of each flag and use "linear burn"
- don't try to create the shade using transperency
- use another black. Your black is too dark.

Thnq for the tips, i dont have a template so that sucks; (

And Why to many skulls? They are using it allot;, and the yew flag is because ajax fans call themselves jews
