I cant play with recommended settings because i have only keyboard and those settings are blocked.It says controller 5,i think works only with gamepad because keyboard is controller 3 and i cant change the settings to auto or legacy defending.With two button settings is ugly because through ball pass not working.

Legendary = AI cheating. So no. Wouldn't use Legendary on FIFA 11/12 (console versions) as AI is near perfect in every aspect (they will always have CLEAN tackle, always make perfect interception, etc.)

Thus why I settled on Pro/World Class and Slow game speed (which is now... v. v. slow :P)

And yep, you will manage to score 6 no problem. Just use manual settings . If you know how to aim you will fire rocket after rocket ending in goal net :/.

no no no man you are killing me haha, ETGD always has to be played in Legendary! ofcourse you will score 6 goals cause every level except Legendary is a user cheating level! you run faster from CPU you shoot better from CPU etc.

i have made the patch for Legendary. Just try it.

There is no solution for keyboard assisted fix.Its EA crap demo.PC game and i have to use gamepad.My PC only have keyboard and mouse.Sorry.

@shadowwarrior: once u change the settings it's changed even if they dnt show....change it and enter the match/just b4 u enter it...check the settings thr..u will be able to see the changes...i think arka already explained this in one of the threads...search a bit...i cudv explained it to u but i dnt hav d game yet..me too a keybrd player btw...erevos bro..wil definitely try your patch in d full game once u mk 1 for it...btw m sure uv done good as alwz

First of all, I said - after changing it once, never ever enter that keyboard settings screen again - if you do so, you will have to change it again. The settings remains the one you have set once. I am assuring this because, I had changed to auto switching from manual once, and never entered the screen again. If the manual settings had stayed, I could not have played well - I know my limitations, I am not the superstar keyboard manual player with all the tricks up my sleeves.

Erevos, you really have hit it with the latest version with shooting power and passing power, what a zippy effect in passing. But, the players are still not that dynamic (off the ball) as they were in Fifa 11 (your gameplay or RegularCat's).

well although i agree with the other guy, when he says legendary is AI cheating, i always play in legendary. the main dificulty is to get space to shoot. but when we do, its a rocket indeed. also the cpu scored a couple shots also.

hm you play in slow arent you? im thinking in full releece to make my mod in normal speed, so if anyone dislike anything related to speed, can switch to slow or fast.

Zippy is definitely good, no more slooooooooooooowwwwwwwwww passes that do not reach the players unless the pass button is pressed hard.

erevos, thanks for the patch first of all. the gameplay is absolutely better than original but shots are overpowered with the players with high shot power rating(over 90 especially). van persie or david villa strike like a rocket although the bar is 1/4 full. i think the shot power would be more realistic with a little decrease.

i'm also surprised that the most eye catching problem has not been reported yet. long balls that you hit with the lob button always bounce like the ground is rainy or slippery, to forward and way too high. even super fast players like messi or walcott cannot catch the through lob passes. it sometimes makes defence players to miss the easy long balls and create silly one-on-one positions for the opposition. i think you should fix that and lower the shot power a bit primarily. a little bit more agile players would make the patch perfect.

ps: i'm playing with slow speed and legendary difficulty by the way.

Shot power was way too high in the first version, the second version shooting looks quite ok for the time being, may be could have been toned down, but nevertheless, I like it.

The rainy or slippery ground factor - well the database has been updated to include rainy/snowy weather, and when you play you will notice that the weather condition is specified as rainy/snowy in the match preview, although in reality the weather is clear !! I think that is the reason, I assume only.

yeah i know about the lob ball issue mate, i realy dont think its a db problem so we better wait for the full release. thanks anyway

Hey!
So finally I made up my mind and installed everything.

I can say that all-in-all I like it.
However, (having played all the games in SLOW option) it feels too sped up. You should make it WAY slower, and I mean it!.
The rest is pretty great.

Although I got kinda used to Messi being 99, with Fidel's patch. It feel more real.
