English Lower League Mod

So i've decided to tweak the lower leagues of England because the FIFA default stats are ludicrous. I'm going to tweak everything I can to try and get it as close to real life as possible. I was only going to do it for my own personal pleasure but have decided to offer it to the wider community. This is still some way from being released so I can not give a release date yet.

Complete overhaul of player stats/Overalls and potentials amended

Formations drastically tweaked (too many teams were trying to play like Barcelona which is false. Tweaked them to mirror real life as much as humanly possible)
