it's a total disaster,I really can't believe it. Bent should've been brought earlier. His shot in the last minutes was inches away from the goal...anyway,England players shouldn't have played so much long balls,even if there was a big chance to score,Croatia was prepared for that move.Two nill,then two two,finally 3-2.Too good,too bad

Time to kick out the dead wood, get some players who want to play and get a manage who isn't tactically inept. We've known for a year that Gerrard Lampard doesn't work, so why, in the most important match of the campaign, do they give it another bash? Its obvious, despite his height, the way to play crouch as a lone striker isn't to hoof balls upto him, and if your going to do that, at least give him someone to nod it onto. Theres not much that can be said about goalkeepers that isn't already obvious, but in the campaigns biggest game, why oh why do you give Scott Carson his first real start. We had nothing in the middle of the midfield, and i reckon bringing on Hargreaves after the second goal before we messed it all up would have steadied things and given us a bit more control. What to do next summer...

I forgot, dont want to take anything away from Croatia. They came and took the game to us, dominating in nearly every area of the pitch. Looked a constant threat, and regularly had my heart in my mouth with they're pace on the attack.

As big as a Chelsea fan I am, what the hell was with the midfield, you don't see us using that in that sort of player/situation. Yah, Crouch was never gonna be effective against Croatia and midfielders needed to get up to do the scoring.


The worst part was giving up three goals, just poor, Bridge played decent imo though.

Yah, first Scotland and now England, I'm kinda gutted but at least it was the refs fault with Scotland, England have only them, wait McClaren to blame and the FA for not replacing him earlier.

Sweden and Germany are through the so I'm really happy, Germany have to have high hopes for this one after their last 2/3 big tournaments. As long as they don't play Kuranyi as a lone striker.
