Is this compatible with CC05 mate?

what u mean if its compatible with CC05?
If you install the Rosters, of course u will be able to edit them with CC05.

Rosters Changes:
Each player is given their appropiate boots, new lineups only for England , and
collar fixed, also the keeper is added an in order for it 2 work , u need to install the rosters.
But u can do those changes urself

Well my game is awesome atm, it took me about 2 months to edit the whole game perfectly with the CC and i don't want to lose it, and i want to install the patch but i'm afraid it will crash my game or even delete everything.

It wont crash ur game if you do it correctly,
lets wait until Jeff replies back.
It only changes kits and assets , so its not a problem.
If something might go wrong, just run FATBH and it will get fixed
