yes you are probably right, I did not think about it
in db loock table fixtures
there are two cards of the fancards and fanflags column.
I think probably possible to activate the teams here, but I do not understand its tables.

small tip
just change id countryid the leagues

example open db tables leagues

choice countryid example arabia saoudit or flags is activate
id 183 replace by id 14 and choice id 14 replace by 183 saves

open loc and system identic

reverse name

open compdata an identical for compodj and setting
and logo in folder ui
do not touch id league is important
may be forgetting some thing!
I would not detailed tutorial because my English is too bad
