Egypt National Football Team Update 09

kp40, when I installed the patch and played the game I saw that the menu is now green and there is Arabfifaworld written everywhere. Also there is Egypt Champions of Africa or something like that in big letters instead of the original loading screen. Basically it screwed with my game, and put advertisments of their site and Egypt all over the place. For some reason ATE87s been ignoring me and not helping me fix it.

I hate these kinds of staff in patches.

also Mr Liioadin if you use this team in your national team patch pls change the player skills of this team because egypt are defintly not a 5 star team make them like 3and a half or 4 stars

I already reposted it on my page with credits to AET (who did a fantastic job). I did decide to nudge some of the ratings down a little bit, though the ratings were very realistic if they were taken in context with the old rating system I used for national teams.

I dont remember exactly. I use the CM09 star rating system to rate my teams (this year). But there is a Discrepancy between the star system in CM09 and the star system in FIFA.

At any rate, within CM09 I think they are 4 or 4 1/2 stars

they didn't play in world cup for so many years, I think they deserve 3.5 at most. What's Cameron overall? Egypt is a bit stronger!!!!

Egypt may not have been earning spots in the world cup but their qualification tournament could be more competitive than any confederation (UEFA loves... save it)

They are, however, current CAF champions which I feel is enough to warrent a higher seeding than Cameroon or Nigeria. But positions in world tables and rankings and ratings can always be debated til we're blue in the face. They are subjective and as such, all any patchmaker can do is pick what ratings they want to release in a given patch. AET made a great patch. I adjusted the ratings to fit my scheme. You can adjust them to fit yours.

I like the Cameroon squad more. But I am tempted to agree that at the moment Egypt is the best team in Africa. But one game anywhere along the way could change that.

Nigeria, Cameroon, Egypt, Guinea, Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal, Angola, Togo, Morocco, Tunisia, South Africa, Mali and Burkina Faso are all very very good teams in my opinion, capable of beating anyone in the world. Some of them would have a tougher time of it that others but... There is no doubting Africa's strength and Egypt is the big dog at the moment.

They are now ranked 15 on the world
so they deserve a better than 3.5 stars maybe 4 but Not 5 for sure

IN Fifa Manager that means a 8 or 7.5 because the 10 stars rating is being used there,

I guess a Team that won the Contenential Cup "African Cup of Nations" 2 times in a row, beating teams like CIV and Cameroon deserve to be at that place, 15th.. There is a specific way to count how a team is going up or down

My national team during the Challenge Cup in 2006 jumped from the 151th to the 130th on the world for wining matches with results 11-0 and 8-0 and 5-0 then loosing 0-1

and now because this team didn't play anything is back to the place where it used to be 3 years ago
