Really makes me wonder where are we going to end up as a modding community when there are so few of us left modding, and within this small group some people decide not to share their stuff anymore out of fear that someone else may or may not take, steal or copy their stuff.

I think FBMOD files are perfectly safe to be shared since no one has been able to take the content (textures and the project files) out of them, as far as I know.


If this continues this way in FIFA 20, I think we are going to need to take some measures regarding this forum. We're going to need to have a chat with the rest of the staff. Because, what's the point?.

Thats why I do not share the database. FBMod is secure and you cant "steal" and release it as your own work. Thats perfect to protect.

I'll not share it. People often ask me this but the reason I don't do it is simple. Have a look on moddingway
1) there guys like WZRD which are stealing content and release it as their own. Also stealing ideas and features to produce it as "own work" is popular in the last weeks/month.
2) for example fifa infinity. They released the work and now there different versions of their squadfiles. Cool for FIP because they don't need to do transferupdates..but now there so much versions/squadfiles of this patch and if someone has a question you never know if its in the basic version or in a "addon". So it is shitty for a patch-creator like me who wants to help every patch-player...
Maybe thats the reason no one of FIP wrote to the soccergaming thread if someone needed help.

If you want something to help just send it via PM. Also you could create players with creation wizard and export them as CSV. That helps me a lot.

Did i install something wrong when it comes to rosters ? Team sheets many times seem not to be modded. Many teams have no gk on the bench and players transfered are often in the reserves. Or did i miss a file ?

Hey master, I see some problems, for example the Norwich City away and 3rd kit are different from the minikits, also please add players that were on loan last season for Chelsea like Tammy Abraham, Kurt Zouma, Reece James, Kenedy, Fikayo Tomori, Michy Batshuayi.
