Editing Main Menu

Does anyone know how I can Get rid of the FIFA 08 logo in the main menu? I know where the file is located but can't figure out how to replace the image with a transparent one. (01_main.fsh) has 2 .BMP's 0001.BMP seems to be a regular RGB image while 0001-a.BMP seems to be a transparent alpha. When I replaced them using photoshop I ended up with a white rectangular box where the logo originally was, it covered up kickoff in the main menu. Does anyone know what the photoshop settings should be for each image? Your help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
