Editing .ini files related to youth academy

So I have been playing career mode and none of my players develop their physical attributes much. A few years down the line I end up with technically outstanding players who get fatigued to the point of being useless about 70 minutes into any game. So I was wondering if there was any way to edit the player growth file so that every potential youth player is generated with 80+ physical stats by default. Or a way to progress quickly to be useful in match situations in at least two or three seasons. Cheers.

Also if any modders want any extra help in editing .ini files for mods and such, I'd love to give it a go and make myself useful.

Even if you try to edit .Ini ..This problem still remains...What I did to solve this problem was edit those stats manually with the help of cheat engine script of fifa 14

cheat engine tables seem to not work for me for some reason. but it sounds like a decent idea to fix things. my game version is 1.3.0.0

could you please help me out by pointing me to the right cheat table? thanks dude.

found a table that works. nice. but i wonder if player development would get ruined if i meddle with the attributes. i mean, if there are only a certain number of attribute points growth that the game allows per player, and if i assign certain values in physicals attributes, would the game treat it as though the player is done developing because i used all available points already?

I didn't think so..... It works for me and make sure not edit Attributes like crazy...
