Editing Career Mode Players

Hey guys I was wondering if any of the FIFA editing tools allow to you edit the look of youth players you scout in your career mode? I'm really just looking to give them the tech-fit tops which isn't an in-game option.

Thanks for the link, but I guess since the option for tech-fit kits isn't available in game this wouldn't do what I was hoping.

Guess I'm confused, if tech kits aren't an available option, how did you expect to assign them to your players?

I know with PES that you can edit the main game files and add/change kits, and those edits will show up in-game in your current career. I don't know if FIFA career files work the same way but maybe try that? (I only play quick games and tournaments and I don't edit graphics, so I don't know.)

Ah right. Having the tight fitting kits is only an option in Creation Manager, not the in game edit player options. As standard in the game only a few players like Bale and Cavani have these type of tops but in CM13 you can give it to any player in the database. Players you bring through the youth setup in career mode though are randomly generated and therefore not in the normal database. I guess it would need to be an editor that imports your career mode save file somehow as well.

I'm not sure if it's possible to know the ids of youth players you scout(are they all in the db?) but if you manage to know it, I guess you can assign techfit kits with revolution mod

yes, it`s possible. just use internal master 12 for that

So using internal master you can edit career mode players? I assumed they'd be assigned random IDs.

Locate your players' IDs by opening the teamplayerlinks table, then find the teamid for your team. As for IM: It's great that people help with info, but it's not that simple. IM was created for FIFA 11 I believe and getting it to work with FIFA 13 is a trick. The import function doesn't work, and because the save function in rinaldo's tools doesn't always work either, you can't export/import the tables to edit them.

Thanks for the reply mate. I'm pretty new to modding on the PC and this looks a bit more than I'm capable of a the moment so I'll probably leave it. Just thought it'd be cool since in career mode I pretty much build my entire squad from youth team players but they all look so generic. Adding stuff like tech-fit tops, tattoo's etc would have been really cool.

I'm willing to give you some pointers, no problem there. It's actually pretty easy to edit the db, especially if you make your edits in the program itself, rather than export/import tables. I'm just saying I don't even know if rinaldo's program will save edits made in the program itself. His tools can be buggy because they weren't created for FIFA 13.

If you want to edit your career save file, you have to try using IM 12. DBM 12 changes the db itself, after which your career save file can't be used. I just tried editing a career save file using IM 12 and it didn't work: the program displayed error messages when saving, then my edits never showed up in-game. So I can't help you with editing your carer save file if that's what you're wanting to do, sorry. Maybe someone else has had success and will post how.

For future reference: The teamplayerlinks table lists players by team, so once you locate your team id, you'll be able to see every player on your team listed by position and player id. If you want to edit specific players' equipment etc., open the players table and locate the player by his player id.

Hi there, I'm looking for help like a walkthrough on how to unlock all the boots I have most of them I'm just missing the main ones I want and that's The Red & Blue. Also the yellow & white F50s. I don't have an internet connection only on my iPhone. I'm just wondering how to do this ( if there is a way to get all the boots ) it's my own player I made on career mode. I play offline career mode because I don't have the internet on my ps3 is there a way to do this ? Can someone help me please? Get back to me ASAP please.
