Hi all right? so I would like to ask for a help if you can help me is that I am starting to make some edits for fifa 22 I would really like to know how to edit the number of teams in a league, for example: the Brazilian league has 13 teams and I want to put 20 to be functional in career mode because until then I can only make functional for kick off mode. If you can help me I would be very grateful, thank you very much.

It's very difficult to create teams (I don't know how to do it), but if you want you can move teams in your own leagues (for example you can put psg in the austrian league) there are tutorials on youtube.
