ECC / EFA Manager Mode ?

I've searched all over the net and can't find exactly what I'm looking for, hopefully one of you guys can sort me out.

When playing in manager mode what league's qualify for the ECC and EFA.

It seems you can't get into the cups with Sweeden, Norway & Ireland. Who else ? I'm in the middle of my first season building up a Czech team, do they get a Cup bid ?

England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Turkey, Scotland, Portugal, Holland, Belgium and Czech Republic. All bar the latter also send cup winners to the EFA (with England and France sending league cup winners too) and one of three Greek teams are also added to the mix. Strangely, the Championship in England also send a couple of teams to the EFA, which none of the other second tier leagues do (and which does not map to reality, best as I know)

Russia. The sticking point seems to be leagues that start in the spring rather than autumn

Yes. The first four in the Czech league qualify, top two to the ECC and others to the EFA
