The latter! Yes, it does take forever. However, I am making a World Cup patch and as well as a Road to Euro 2016 patch for FIFA 13. Therefore, I will put in the work and have that completed ASAP. It would add realism if all players had their real life boots TBH.

ok guys i have some good news and some bad news... good news is that cleverly,welbeck,phil jones,palacio,pogba,bonucci and some others i cant remember have gotten some new faces by EA bad news is that they are in fifa 13 format and work perfectly in fifa 13 plzz dont ask me how i got it.........it is wat it is..........or you can just wait till world cup comes out
