Well I absolutely hate this guy on the pitch, maybe because he plays for one our our main rivals, maybe its his acting, probably a mixture of both.

In spite that I have to admit, what a class act! I cant believe all his sponsorship money goes to charity. Most players piss it up the wall, alcohol, drugs, prostitutes. He's defiantly a role model to other players.

Good Show.

Yeah, Drogba's on some sort of committee in the Ivory Coast to help with all of their nation's problems, alongside the top executives there. He actually uses his fame and wealth to give back and he's really a great guy. He's also a great footballer and he doesn't dive like he used to (he does complain too much though).

Fair play to him.

3,000,000 at (lets say) £100,000 a week equates to 30 weeks pay for him, which is still quite a lot.

I guess that's like me donating around £15,000 to a charity.

I DO understand that this is through his foundation, and not necessarily from his funds directly, but that's still a pretty impressive amount of money, even for a footballer. Well done, Didier.

Fili that was brilliant. I normally dont +rep people with similar rep to myself incase they overtake me, but today I will make an exception.

And year, Didier is an absolute hero. Pretty much on the same level as Nelson Mandela.

He should run for president when he retires.

I am seriously considering writing to the Didier Drogba foundation and asking if they have any projects in the Ivory Coast I could volunteer on.
