Hey fellas it seems that I have found the perfect team..I dont know why or how but these guys are winning like 5-0 3-0 3-1 5-1 all their games so far I am into my second season, (first with this team assembled) and running a 10 game winning streak, including three wins in CL against so so teams, but still...

Of course I am Real madrid but here is my lineup, I get 8 and 9's out of everybody almost every game.

I play a counterattacking 4-1-3-2

I play an offensive counterattacking formation, with wingers pushing forward. I set the RB and LB to push up but not with the arrows...and my DM moves back to help on Defense

I alternate at DM with Gago, Sissokko, and Diarrah...at Attack with Soldado, Saviola and Raul, and the wings and middle with Sneijder, J. Baptista and Guti

and it is wonderful...I will try to post some screens so you guys can see

Dont want to sound like an ass or anything, but with Real.. it just doesnt sound all that amazing.

Anyway, my best season in FM08 is with Celta, that i took from Div2, to winning the league in 2011/12 without loosing a game and just 5 draws (goals 105-18) winning cup without loosing a game, and my first and only CL title with just one loss, away game to Chelski 2-1 top 16 first game. So one loss all season long. My pb. Unfortunately I got fired after this for asking a stadium expansion. :p

well I also run Cadiz, i got them into 1D out of 2D but nothing impresive, middle of the table type of thing. I did the Real madrid thing to see how good could a team be, you know...I wasnt to see how good I could get as opposed to see if I could find the perfect team and I believe to have found it...

actually Alex, Real Madrid are one of the hardest clubs to manage, because of the pressure that's on the team...i mean the minimum expectations are winning the league, cup and CL...wtf.

of course you can argue that with the personnel and money resources you can get all of those three, but the truth is it is very hard to do it with any club, let alone Real, where if you lose a game you get crucified..specially if Barça or Valencia get their sh*t going, at which point they are unstoppable..

there are more difficult tasks, though, obviously..

That is very true what you said on my previous season, (the only reinforcement I had then was Van Der Vart) I lost to Barca 2-0 in Camp Nou and I almost got fired, even thought I was leading La Liga by 5 points....You almost cant lose, ever, or else.....I also lost the semifinals of the Cup and I didnt recover for a while either...and if you tie with a team you where supposed to beat on paper, its like everybody in your team gets depressed.
