well i wanted to add real faces for every player but ofc i have failed because i couldnt find face for everyone or i only found it in fifa 12/13 format. i can also convert from fifa 12/13 but the conversion is not perfect and will have neck problems while moving and texture will be a bit shinny because the bump file i have is not perfect, althought they will have facial animations
So i will pack everything up and send to sir @ACICOG
please check the missing faces and if you guys have any of these faces atleast in fifa 14 format you can send me so i can convert.

why these tournaments and not older ones? because most of the faces are made for this decade...
but it is a lot of work to do and much more teams in a world cup than in a euro.

in patch 14 the coaches were completely eliminated, along with the players on the bench and on the sidelines. Coaches in old fifa are practically useless. You see them only if you take a specific shot with the replay, so you have to go and look for it. They don't have cinematics like modern-day fifa. For this I have totally removed them. They were lampposts planted on the sidelines. XD

i think you can see them in the sustitution cutscene, although managers look bad compared to frostbite fifa, the model is very square comparing to new fifas where they actually use a starhead. i dont really understand why because they used the same for fifa 14 wc xbox or wc 2010 or euro 2008 games. but they left these low poly managers for pc users (fifa 14/16).

considering that 99% of people skip kinematics I would say that they are totally useless. They are useless files with weight on the patch. I have never seen a manager during a substitution. They are a close shot between the player who leaves and the player who enters. Then also the low quality of the polygons makes everything very clumsy, creating a huge discrepancy between the player's face and that of the manager. It's like having a coach's hardcover on the sidelines. Really bad.
