Hi, I am new to this patch and looking for some help . All my stadiums appear blank (white background) also when choosing stadium about 70 stadium options are available but I have counted 173 classic stadium folders in the StadiumGBD folder. Have I missed something or do I need to do something for stadiums to appear.
Secondly I appear to have no commentary, if anyone can help me I would be grateful.

Did you have an original copy of Fifa16? Did you regenerate? Which language did you play?
The CP16 is a conversion of the 14. So will be added also the CONMEBOL teams.
Personally I don't know. And probably the next version isn't Update files.
