But where do you get the files from? Maybe on Fo3 there are also other hairs like Mcmanaman and Platini. But easier to find due to the presence of an ID. Am I right?

I've try to fix Platini texture. But I admit that I remain torn. I prefer EA files, I don't modify ICONs, they can be used to make other faces ... But damn ... That Platini texture is horrid ... it looks like a zombie. They took an obscene photo to make the texture ... I have anyway revised it mixing it with the one of the patch but I don't know if it will be included in the next release ...
