Is there any way around it? Can club teams be removed as in 2013-clubs/players?

Can you use the 'Expand Database'? Maybe that can help. Other solution is to start removing default teams, I guess...

yes delete all default players/teams is one solution but then I do not know if the game will be stable

use dcplayersname table lose a lot of time ... you have to do it manually

My friend, look at the first page and follow the instructions. It's a database bug. Don't forget to install Modding Way patch before Giggi's patch ok.

Oh, sorry, I did not indeed followed the proper instructions maybe, I only read the Readme file in the archive.

I will install the Modding Way Patch and reinstall the Classic Patch.

si, ma ti avviso, dovresti avere problemi a visualizzare i nomi delle squadre... dovresti eliminare i file di aggiornamento del database delle lingue ma non so dove sia perchè non ho la versione origin....

I've delete all default team, players and league.... i think i've the only version without messi, ronaldo and neymar in the DB XD

Now i don't know how many space have recovered.... i hope many....

Hey Giggi

An option would be to have 2versions of this patch an international version with all World cups and Euro that patch you could complete v soon and then start a separate club patch giving you the space and room to create an amazing patch which your work deserves. What you think?

Giggi, secondo me la soluzione migliore e' avere due classic.
Una che arriva al 1999 e una separata che eventualmente va dal 2000 al 2010 (o 2014).
Non credo sia un problema per nessuno tenersi due fifa da rinominare quando vuoi giocare con uno piuttosto che con l'altro. Inoltre cosi facendo nella versione fino al 1999 eventualmente si potrebbero accorciare i pantaloncini che effettivamente ora sono troppo lunghi quando giochi con le divise 1960s..o 1970s..
E' solo un'idea ma secondo me sarebbe davvero la piu' semplice e migliore.

The first one will be till 1999, the other one eventually could be from 200 to 2010 or 2014.
I don't think for anybody should be a problem to keep 2 fifas on the computer and just switch from one to the other when you d like to change era.
And more, like this you could think to apply (if possible) the shorts as per 1960s till 1990s style, so quite more short than the actual.
It's just an idea, but i think really is the easiest and better.

Non è quello il problema.... è che posso aggiungere solo 20 squadre in totale a prescindere dall'anno.... è proprio finito lo spazio sul db....

che la patch arrivi al 2002 va benissimo prima di quell'anno la grafica dei fifa era da playstation 1 ...e poi ribadisco euro 2004 2008 wc 2006 , 2010 2014 hanno il loro gioco dedicato , quindi non nè capisco l'introduzione nella patch di queste annate calcistiche...appunto è una classic , anno 2002 so passati 12 anni siamo al limite del vintage!

Azz capisco, beh si puo' fare una classic fino al 1970...e una dal 1970 al 2010. E una dal 1900 al 1950...ad esempio..
Io volevo in sostanza dire che secondo me non e' strettamente necessario che la patch sia unica. Puo' essere divisa in 2, in 3...e uno si tiene 1-2-3 fifa per le diverse annate.

PS: ma i giocatori che eliminadoli fanno saltare il gioco (es: messi, neymar...si possono eventualmente rinominare? Se cosi fosse anziche cancellarli se questo fa saltare il gioco...basterebbe rinominarli e variarne le caratteristiche principali).
