A little question, I knew that in Fifa 12 Albert Luque (Spain and Deportivo la Corogne) had his face but in Fifa 14 Classic Patch his face is hidden by generic.
So I tried to import Fifa 12 model into Fifa 14 with Head Convertor and I have this result :
Black ears and black stripes from eyes and ears, do you know why ?

You need bump file, you will see it in fifa14converter folder, rename it with player id and put it in head folder
