No, at the moment it isn't fixed yet.

It's not really game breaking but it's a little confusing especially during replays

It look awesome! but there's a problem, when I installed it with CM14 (it doesn't have 3d model but it can be played in game) the logos of the ball (adidas logo, WC logo) are backwards, how can I fix that?

Mirrored? Do you mean the texture is inverted? I just realized that, I'll fix it, damn it.

Indeed, the HD version looks good, but it's the generic version which had the problem (as seen in the screens).

Do you have the old fifa model as well? it would be really easy if you do

mmmm you can do it yourself, import a current 32 panel model of fifa (id 43 i think) with arianos's tool, change the uv position to the one you want and export. Figuring out where every panel should be is something I don't want to do.
