If so, how do I use it on Windows 10?
It doesn't seem to be responsive to .NET Framework 3.5 and it appears to link to a different part of the registry than the FIFA 2005 folder actually is (I tried copying those registry data to HKEY_CURRENT_USER - they were installed to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE) to no avail. I also tried compatibility mode (everything up until Win XPSP3), but no dice.
I get a generic GDI+ error and the screen turns up like this:

I really want to edit this game, but how?

For reference: I checked and my computer has the old versions of .NET too, including 1.1 (for which it was originally designed) and 2.0.
