Does anyone else get this glitch or something???

Usually when I skip to kickoff, it has that thing in the centre circle and it stays there no matter what. And it always makes the game crash by half time. It's happened once before in a Champions League and it kept crashing and it's happened again. I don't know how to fix it but when I sim it goes away. But I really wanna play this match but this keeps happening. Instead of skipping straight to the kickoff, I let the intro happen but then it said "FIFA 14 has stopped working..." and it's really irritating...

Has anyone had this problem and do you know how to sort it out???
