Do EA care ?

Hans

How big is YOUR penis?
So ? It`s been months since we put our feedback about a fix patch for the heading bug, or a more reliable Creation Centre, do EA really has done something about it ? Does any of you remember a guy who asked for the heading ability to be taken away back in the FIFA 2003 wishlist ? Or the in-game editor also ( so we can correct players with wrong foot settings ) ? I`ll tell you what, noone wants those taken away in 2003, but did EA take it away ? Yes . . . Well, as far as I`m concern, EA really do care, they really care about doing things the other way around . . . ( a right footed Rivaldo, a left footed Basturk, etc  ). Just wait for a left winger totally lefty Beckham in FIFA 2004 and a right wing back, always kicking with right foot Carlos ( and no it`s all uneditable ) also in FIFA 2004, HURAY !!!!! REAL GREAT EA !!!!! :crazyboy:  . But no my friends, they won`t tell you anything about that before the release, they will put a flashy picture of Ronaldo in-game with his earings and his shiny tooth, and with his wedding ring along with some very detailed texture of hairs on his tight, while sayin` " This year the game will be a total revolution or something like that " on their web-site, along with a pic of an EA staff with his billion dollar smile in it as well.

BTW, between me, Nickclubman and Tristan, which one do you think is the most cynical, pessimistic SOB ? And no, the reason we post this kind of critics is not to diss or insults any FIFA fans, all we do is for your own good actually. EA should really treat you all better, instead of keeping fooling us around.

Yep, people should get more out of the money they give to EA year after year, we deserve more then great graphics. I DON'T want sh*tty gameplay with loads of bugs and unplayable espects. I also don't want know skillfull freekick system like in FIFA 2003, that's a load of crap in my opinion. At first it's nice, but after a while it's just not skillful at all and doesn't give enough freedom and choice/depth to the player. EA don't give a crap, if they did, the game wouldn't be full of bugs. Bugs are ok, but FIFA 2003 TAKES THE PISS!! :f***:

They dont have time to release patches because they already developing fifa 2004. Fifa is a massive game, takes a long time to implement and develop everything. I believe that with the new team they put in place last year they are trying to go more towards simulation. But it was a new team that got handed fifa 2002 and had to fix all that in 4 months, now for fifa 2004 they will have more time because there is no WC game, they just need to release the demo early enough to hear "GOOD CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK" and then try to make some adjustments

Damn right Valioso, if they just stop been babies and been all like; "Nooo, wait til' it's near release, this game is to good to have right now, hehehe, we'll sit here and do nothing", then MAYBE, they could release the demo early and get feedback from us IN TIME to fix the problems!!! That'd be like testing the game and if they want to be so 'testing' about it, then they should just give out some sort of password for a secret site with the demo on, sounds a bit stupid like, but it'd stop everyone everywhere from playing it and only the true gameplay hunters to tell them what they need to improve on.

I only want a better FIFA game, is that toooooo much to ask? :(

Well.. Unreal Tournament release a demo from their beta version, and let everyone comment on what they liked about the game and didnt, and then they took another 2 months to tweak the game. But they need to start including the costumer on this process, at least some indication they listen, start releasing information much earlier too, and dont be so freaking arrogant in the chats that Matt arranges.
One thing that has been bugging me. Matt and all this fans went to Canada and none of them noticed you could not head on your own? or that half the game is scripted?

They should do some sort of event where we can all go to our local Games store and test the latest FIFA game and give feedback! :o

Yep, so true, if I had been there I'd noticed LOADS of things, but the thing was that EA didn't have time to fix things, that's how bad the timing was of that event!! :kader:

Maybe this year they'll ask us lot to test it! Imagine the feedback!!! If they timed it right to give them feedback and to have time to fix bugs, their game would greatly improve. :bob:

From lookng at the poll now and I hope EA do, it shows that 2 people think they don't care more then who do, so in ways, times that by hundreds/thousands and you'll get a sales drop!

Yeah but even if they didnt have tme to fix it, they could have delayed the game or at least Matt and the rest should have communicated that in the reports. Being a fan of the game does not mean kissing their arse, means you want the game to get better, and even if they paid for your trip to Canada.. heading is basic in a footie game how can someone not notice, or the problems with having the header, thru ball and goalie charge in the same button, or when you try to do a conservative tackle, and the player ends up kicking the ball away

i wish they had more chats, and actually answer the hard questions instead of answering the easy crap
