Open Photoshop, and open the kit you like to import. Click Ctrl+A to select all the kit.
Open new document in 512 x 512 (1GK) and click Ctrl+V to paste the kit in this document. Transform the kit (because the pasted kit is 768 x768) and save in BMP or PNG format.

Open Creation Master and import the kit.

I hope you understand.
