Use EditPES4OptionFile (type it on google) and ccreate a para_we8.bin from an edited option file.
Use any we/pes tool to import it to 0_text.afs.

thanx m8 but i know this method already..this method only change in game mod doesnt change for Online and Edit mod...

I don't have the link now but search it on evo-web or on e-mule.

Make sure is 1.05 and not just 1.0 because only 1.05 manages the defaul numbers on WE8i. ;)
