Oh man, what a fight!! :rockman: After all the shit that Mayorga was saying, it was sweet as hell to see his sorry ass get knocked out, absolutely awesome. This certainly was a pick me up for after the Lakers choked hard earlier. $50 well spent IMO, it was worth it. (H)

A good showcase match for Mayweather jr I suppose. Mayorga is a ******* clown, he's got all the heart in the world, but he's most certainly no match for ODH even at this stage of his career. This is Mr. I'll-drink-you-under-the table/chain-smoke-to-the-high-heavens even when preparing for a match were talking about, man. All that pre-fight trash-talk and bravado came off as being hollow and without much substance.

Anyway, what are the chances of him taking the Mayweather fight, guys? Would you do it if you were ODH? As your last hurrah against the acknowledged best pound-for-pounder in the world? Should Floyd first have to go through Margarito in that fight that's supposedly on the table for him?


Floyd's been wanting Oscar for quite some time now so I hope that he finally accepts the challenge. I mean, he's got Mayweather senior on his corner, so what could possibly be a better source of information as to how to prepare for Floyd than Floyd?

Mayweather Sr. has said that he would do everything he could to discourage De La Hoya from fighting Jr. and that if he did fight him, he would want nothing to do with it. It would be a great fight though, I think De La Hoya will fight one more time in September but against who is another matter.

Mayweather Jr. and Winky Wright, which have been 2 of the names mentioned, have fights this summer so it would be difficult to schedule them for a September fight without giving them too much time to train.
