I'm sorry if this post comes a little late, but this is about the Cannavaro face. His eyes are not black, they're somewhat hazel. A cross between Blue and Grey, I guess. It may be a very small thing, but it'll make his face perfect. If you want to see the exact colour, I suggest you check out a high resolution picture, like the one at uefa.com.
