Database Crashing Career Mode At The Start

I use a personally edited DB and the base was MWM's final DB but its crashing at loading during starting a career. I had started one trying to test other career mode mods and my db when it worked well but then my editing wasn't complete so I ditched that and did some more edits but it started crashing. I've tried all I could and found out its crashing because of the db. I can't find what went wrong though since I made some transfers according to what has happened this month and small adjustments to some player details. I've put in a lot of time and into rearranging the db for the way I want the career to go. Can someone please help?

Haha, no I mentioned what I changed but was wondering if someone has been through such a situation or somehow point out what maybe causing the crash.

Check formations, starting lineups and role players such as FK taker for missing players.

The role players must also be in the starting lineups.

RC, that didn't work and I guess the DB got corrupted or something but I've found a way around it. Extracted the players table from the old one into the new one and did CMPs of the all the edited teams. Now its running.

Okay, the game is now crashing on the skill games screen before playing a match.

I have fixed that but the game crashes trying to play a match. I've checked wit different teams but it doesn't seem to be working. So much hard work and now the main thing doesn't work. I might have to quit on Fifa altogether and that despite wanting to play it.

Okay, I've tried with teams that were not CMPed and that seems to work but I've tried editing the formations and line up on the CMPed yet it still crashes.

Instead of editing the formation or lineup - try deleting it and creating new.

@Marcas, tried but didn't work so I reinstalled everything. That didn't work either so I deleted everything. Done with Fifa. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Combination of both but also did want to create a patch if it went well. Put in a hell lot of time and effort so frustration got the better of me. Need to focus on other stuff so I guess its fine really.

If you decide to pick it up again, I suggest you take up a few habits in your workflow:

You should constantly be switching between editing and testing in game. Edit a fair amount, then test in game.

Always keep an extra backup of the DB. Create a folder: "Lastest working DB", so that if you encounter problems, you can either solve them or go back to your latest working DB.

Thanks for the suggestions mate. I might pick it up in a few months again when basically all of the mods are out unless I have something else to do. I'm gonna miss editing though, it has become a habit and an escape from regular life.
