if possible, what is necessary to modify to get this?

As far as I know, you can't add/remove the static adboards with CM, DB or Revolution Mod.

Maybe in blender you could do this but I have no idea.

Kyiv and Lviv are released. Links in the first post. As a bonus I've reuploaded all of the stadiums with drag-and-drop files for CM installation.

+Wrocław has fixed textures, just like on the screens shown on the previous page.

First ingame screens from Białystok. Still a lot of work to make it look good... I guess I will have to bake the wireframe parts without shadows (ambient occlusion or texture)

+1, I have the same problem, and I still can't play on day mode on any ukrainian stadium. I use Stadium server.
