first you must open the rx3 file (the one you used at frist time)
then you choose the cff you modeled. step by step:
1- get the rx3
2- transform to cff
3- edit cff
4- transform to rx3 (open the rx3 of step 1, then choose cff of step2)

I still have the same problem, tried it on Windows xp, Seven 32 and 64 bits, still the same error, I can convert to .cff but not to .rx3.

I have Windows 7, net framework 3.5 is already implemented, still doesn't work, I can only transform into .cff. :(
