Custom Logo size help

My club badge is too big for the game, which file do i have to edit the logo to make it fit in the disc during gameplay? What are the dimensions of the images to be acceptable? I have reduced them but they are still not quite small enough. How can i fix this problem?

Here is the problem if you compare it to the Liverpool one. Bugger Kewell isn't there!

How did you make your logo in the first place? and upload it to the game? creation centre doesnt seem to beable to allow you to do this???

You have to unpack the fsh file first. Use fshtool to unpack the logos archive (data\feart\flags\*1.fsh) and edit it. Then use fshtool again to repack the data back.
