i think to make leagues with relegation u need to have a like a Premiership and a Lower League, each with let's say 12 teams.

On the Premiership, you add the teams by rank, not by name. So on the top slot you would have 1st of League, then 2nd of the League and so on. On the last slot (or last 2 slots, however you wanna do it) you want the top team from the Lower League. So what you do is on the button that says Team 12 and it shows u a window. From the drop down menu, pick the Lower League you made and click on the Winner of the Lower League.

On the Lower League you do the same, but instead of picking the winner of the Premiership (you dont wanna relegate the winner of the league =P) you pick the 12th place team of the league.

That's all there is to it.
