Anyone has the Creation Master 14 for FIFA 14 ?
I downloaded the one from fifax site but it is not loading on Windows 7 pc.

Use Creation Master 15 is more steady instead of Creation Master 14.

What do you mean: "There is no db folder which I can use. How to generate the db and xml files." Post me a photo inside your "Game" folder.

Shouldn't there be a db folder in the data folder which contains some .xml and .db file ?

With FIFA File Explorer 2014 v1.0.3.0 Jenkey1002 you can extract the db folder. Get this tools from here: http://www.moddingway.com/file/37535.html.

I don't mean extract. I meant how to generate the contents of the db folder.

You have to extract first the db files si put the extracted files in your db folder and then you can do whatever you want with the content...
