Again, great stuff. But what's needed is a step-by-step tutorial. I've followed your instructions many times and cannot load the files. Another thing: I looked in the FIFA 13 loc folder and there are two files in there, neither of which open using CM 12.

It's not compatible with FIFA 13, it can't load the 13 db. It's just a nice tool to view graphics, all db related stuff won't work.

You can extract the loc with FM 12 but there is now a locale.bin file as well and I have no clue what its for.

You missed the point, the title says it's compatible and offers proof, but it's not compatible, you must use FIFA 12's database or it will crash. It just works as a tidy graphics viewer.

I didnt miss anything, I was commenting on bangus post about the loc, I dont use CM.

cm doesnt work like it normally would, what it is is a prettier texture editor that only allows you to look at graphics.

The point I was making is that there needs to be some hopefully minor adaptation necessary for it to work properly with FIFA 13. Successfully loading graphics I think is a positive thing.

when load fifa 12 db like you say and after this fifa 13 loc the cm 12 load fifa 12, there no anything for fifa 13 and you can load texture via texture editor

rique forgot an important info

after File>select all you have to choose FIFA 13 Directory, so in order:
1) FIFA 13 directory
2) FIFA 12 database (.xml + .db)
3) FIFA 13 language file (eng_us.db or whatever), but maybe it works using FIFA 12 one.

This way you can browse graphics from FIFA 13 (thanks to first step) but you are loading FIFA 12 database

Ok, you are not doing it right. Load fia 13 files (metadb file and loc eng file) but load the fifa 12 database.
