by seeing the quick on how Roby and Juce released their KIT Server, perhaps they were not working alone. Konami might assist them. fifa master is working alone. the only help come from EA, is the ff11 game itself.

I think that's not the case,,, I'm sure that both Konami and EA knows about kitserver and Creation master. But they can't assist both tools because of the license law.
The difference in the development of the tools for both game is,,,
PES2011, it has the same Compression method and same format with the PES game before it, so the exploration of the game file is quiet easy and everybody can do that (with AFS explorer). Even the stadium import tools for PES11 is the PES2010 version. I'm sure also that the code for kitserver program is not that different from the previous version. It's normal to see the editing scene in PES11 is more developed by now.
For FIFA11 case, the files inside it using very different format the game before it. So Rinaldo has to calculate the CRC from the very beginning. But, once the tools ready, I'm sure that the editing scene in FIFA11 will rapidly develop more.
One more, I think kitserver and CM is different from how both tools work. Kitserver is diverting and CM is importing.
And I'm sure both tools are not getting assisted by EA or Konami.

Not to start another thread, can anyone tell me how to save changes in DB 11 master?)) I make the changes than push "save" button, but there is no changes in game

as install hybrid.
Follows these steps for this;
Firstable, copy your "Game\data\db" directory , paste on "My Documents\FIFA11_TEMP folder" then open with DB master 11 on here database files.You make changes then click save button.
After;

echo Database Install Complete. Paste data files on FIFA 11\Game\ directory and paste database files on FIFA 11\Game\data\db directory

Copy this paramaters, open new notepad file and paste.
Save as install.BAT.
Copy your modified database files(from My Documents\FIFA11_TEMP) and this modified bat file, paste on fifafs folder after copy your from Game\ folder data0.bh and data0.big files, paste on fifafs folder.
Finally, run install.bat file, press any key then copy data files to Game folder and copy database files on Game\data\db\ folder.
Launch the game.Follow steps;
Go to My FIFA 11--Edit--Edit Squads--select the "Reset All Squads"
