Creation Centre 2005 and Windows 7

I'm planning to buy and install Windows 7 in the coming months. Now I wonder if Creation Centre 2005 is compatible with Windows 7. According to what I know, Microsoft Net Framework 1.1 can't be used in Windows 7. Will Creation Centre 2005 work with later issues of Microsoft NET Framework, such as Microsoft Net Framework 2.0 and Microsoft Net Framework 3.5?

By the way, is FIFA 2005 compatible with Windows 7? It would be sad to lose that good, old game.
