Creation Centre 2004 - Your Ideas

Hello old ones! I just registered, after loosing my patience with EA! I can't understand what's their problem! The majority of features that we would like to see in FIFAs have been included in older versions! So, why can't they produce a complete game?!!! I am going mad realising that every year EA releases a FIFA with some improvements and many imperfections! I imagine the time that I will get my FIFA 2054 copy, and I will enjoy its perfection:

Friendly mode, Practice mode, Country Leage mode, Country Cup mode, Champions Leage & Uefa Cup, World Cup, Euro, Copa America, Champioships of all Contintents...
Create player, Edit player, Create team, Edit team...
Up to date rosters, Up to date numbers, Up to date kits, All major stadiums, for God's sake... I ONLY NEED A COMPLETE GAME!

I mean that we shouldn't need the CC to make the game enjoyable! A couple of CDs (or with the addition of a third one) should include everything! Anyway, all guys in here have made a lot of excellent suggestions. I hope these reach EA's ears! I hope this CC would bring perfection to FIFA 2004...

EA Sport team should make survey on what the ppl want to be added in FIFA game before they releasing any FIFA version in the future...peace~!

-commentary editions(additions,creations etc...) and missing commentaries should be made available for download by EA
-if there are no commentaries downloads then CC 2004 should have complete commentary editions.(whole commentary with your own voice ,that would be very cool)
-maybe it's impossible,maybe they could make program allowing to convert text to the fifa commentary voice.i'm really dreaming
-appearence change(face,boots,height etc..) there should also be faces downloadable from EA website.
-attributes edit
-call up in national team
-transfer from one team to another
-choose captain
-tactics set(position player manually if possible).
-goalkeeper kits changer,creator
-team kits changer,creator
-edit music,chants.logos.adboards etc..
-edit team info(rivals etc..)
-import and export patches
-edit menu graphics
-edit gameplay(with as option ai modifications for pros).

does someone knows a patch alllowing more players on the substitute bench.


Hey dmartiniello ,can you send me some of the audio you made?? me2 i have tried to do what you did but i had problems to import my audios into the game.(had problems to convert wav to fifa sound or fifa sound to wav).

In the dbeditor it isn't possible to see how the player looks in the game!
Is it possible to fix that?

i think the CC shud include the following:

* captain assigning
* number assigning
* font and color of name and number on shirt
* proper face editor where we select eyes, nose, mouth etc
* more than 10 designs of shirt, shorts, socks
* more than 2 colors we can select for shirt, shorts, socks
* unlimited number of players for team
* accessories: headband, gloves, glasses etc
* goalkeeper and referee kit editor
* manager creater
* 3D viewer of kit, players etc
* boot selecter
* we shud beable to select trademark celebrations for certain players.
* formation creater

if you could include some, or all of the suggestions above, i would be very happy ;)

oh, and the ability to make up sponsors to have accross the shirt. and beable to create team logos in bmp, gif, jpg etc which can be EASILY uploaded to the game.

here there are some things I noticed that weren't included and that are very importatnt.. Maybe I'll post something that someone already said, but that's because I was in a hurry and I didn't have time to check all the posts
first of all, in the collar type part, you can only see numbers. I think there should be something to show which collar is it.. I mean, when you select number one for example, there should be an image showing a "V" collar, or a text saying "V collar" or whatever, so that we don't have to play the game to check the collar everytime.
then there are no import/export features. There should be this features for kits (1gk and 2gk), flags, boots, minikits and logos.

I don't know if anyone already posted this idea (there are a lot
of posts!), but it's simple:

- Ability to EXPORT/IMPORT league data.

Reason:

One person/group updates rosters, tactics, etc about one league
(spanish league in example). They export it to a file.

Another person/group in england updates the data to current
rosters/tactics/etc for english league. They export it.

The same for the rest of leagues.

Then we could import all the updates to make a single update
for ALL the leagues, so FIFA 2004 would be totally updated, and
very accurate.

tactics set(position player manually if possible) -- someone included this in their "dream" options

FifaFx had a program for FIFA 2003 where you could change the formations and player positioning. Editing the tactics in the current version would really enhance game play. As is the formations really restrict player (and as a result, ball movement).

Manual positioning of the players and the ability to activate gk, 3rd, training kits would definately have to be the two most important updates (taking the addition of new teams and competitions as a definite inclusion in the next version) since there are existing programs which will allow you to modify pretty much every other aspect the of the game (Thank You Ariel @ SoccerAccess).

If the update is anything like Chau's work on the older FEd programs, there should be very little left out.

Here is my idea for Creation Center... Well... Please EA, do not write another Creation Center, if it would be so incomplete!!! It's the worst editing program I used... I wonder how can a team of so extremely skilled programmers write a tool so bad? :f***:

In the future versions I would like to see... the past... (H) the best of the older FIFAs, just for an example, I would like to have the menu graphic of FIFA96 and World Cup 98, the classic teams of FIFA 2000, the great number of teams of FIFA 98, its good player's transfer system... and you know I could go on for the entire day...

For what concerns the Creation Center, my hope is to have a tool, without bugs, frendlier, and accompanied by a real guide on how to edit and what to edit. It should have before all, the function of creating new leagues and new players. The editers should have the opportunity to change in one click ALL the graphic of the game without problems of compatibility of the formats, it should full support at least bitmaps and GIFs... and like Mandieta6 said some posts ago it should have the EXPORT/IMPORT function to allow editers to exchange their leagues... Like happens for a very very old game... Sensible World of Soccer, whose net community is still active, years after the last edition of the game, to keep it alive, by costantly updating its database... that yet now, has more teams and players than FIFA2004! ... And to be more precise, SWOS is superior to FIFA for many aspects, beginning from the better implementation of the Career mode... ending to the Do It Yourself competions...
I think that if the EA programmers would try to copy the half of SWOS features, their game would look again like a miracle...

can you change the sleeve length of a player? I do it on cc2004, in the player appearance but in the game it doesn't work.
