Creation Center 13 Dont Download Web CC Teams

Hello everyone,

since I bought the game for PC, I was never able to connect to the CC 13.
By starting the game and entering the screen should download the teams that I have selected on the Web application of the CC 13, tells me repeatedly that "there has been a problem in the connection and try again later."

Display says that the game would try to connect to the server:

http://www.easportfootball.com/cc (but correct this address?).

probably to do with your firewall you need to go to control panel then system and security then windows firewall then click on allow a program or feature through windows firewall then go down and check FIFA 13 is ticked.

With my limited Italian, I can deduce that you're getting the same 'user content error' rubbish I'm getting - the same error I got last year. CC has never worked for me, not once. All I want to do is download the Conference and use it in Career Mode, complete with Cup participation and promotion. Is that possible this year? If not, I won't even bother trying to get this damn thing to work.
