You have to open data 1.big with filemaster and look for the dlc folder files and export them... Or you can browse data 1.big with jenkey's file explorer as it is easier to view the folders and select all the files from the dlc folder and export them to that almost empty folder you have.
Guys, does anyone have Fifa World Beta? I've noticed in the database (not sure if it was already like this before the update) that there are some FUT tables and one of them has more leagues than the game itself... It's got Turkish, Ukranian, Greece and South African first Divisions, Scottish second division and both Brazil and Argentina's second Divisions as Pools...

Those files must be there, otherwise your game wouldn't even run properly, mate
BTW, why is there a 14 disc on your blu-ray drive? Do you have the DVD version of the game?

Those files are part of the game, doesn't matter how you got it. If the files weren't in the bigs you wouldn't be able to play any kind of match, not even a friendly as the dlc folder's files contain settings for friendly games too, not just tournaments

That's really strange... Does your game have player minifaces, Team and league logos when you play it or when you open it with CM 14? because all those files are inside data 1.big...

If you have an iso try to open the image with filemaster and look for the files inside data 1.big
If you have a rar file of the game try to look inside it for data 1.big and copy it to your game folder, then use filemaster to find the dlc files
next post about pirated software gets you a ban and this is directed to all members.

Have you seen that free online Fifa world beta? It's based off of 12 but it's got the 13 and 14 faces and the 14 Leagues and Stadiums are based of the ones in 14 as well... Funny thing is even the compdata there is pure 12, The db has some tables about FUT that have leagues that even 14 doesn't have. They're just listed there but it's intriguing nonetheless.
They also linked the relegated teams (Palmeiras, Rangers, Independiente) to those leagues in the FUT tables instead of having them linked to the ROW League. AFA's Primera B and Brazil's Serie B are also on those tables albiet being explicitly dubbed as Pools (kinda like in old Fifa Manager games)

as far as the manager games go i never got into them, thought about them but never messed with them.
Damm I am trying everything and it is always crashing when the manager mode screen is loading. I am just trying to change the colombian league structure for a league mode and not apertura and clausura. I already disabled the cmsettings.ini lines as mentioned here but it keeps crashing on manager mode load screen. Any help please?

To change format you have to change quite a bit of stuff... The schedule needs to be changed, the settings for the tournament, etc.
If it crashes while loading then probably something is wrong in the compdata files
