So, my attempt number 3.
As I understand, there are some modmakers that have the same problem as mine - with all settings enable in CM Settings the new league crash before the first match. Still I don't know what causes this problem, that's why I want to show my dlc tables. Maybe someone who have no problems like BFL can find something strange.

I just want to share some info what I've done a few months back (don't know if it relevant anymore..). Since this topic has some many posts, ignore it if doesn't add anything to the discussion.
First of all, I heard everybody talking about finding ID's and mostly to leagues that where removed from the game.
Let me sum-up the things that I did:
1. I opened up cards_ng_db.db and found that a lot of (unused?) ID's are defined their. Like the Turkey Süper Liga (ID: 68).
2. Added this to the fifa_ng_db.db leagues table, teams table, leagueteams table (or what table it connects) and added some dummy players (sa,e position, same name, etc.) with the I believe 'correct'/empty/available ID's.
3. Add cards_ng_db.db & fifa_ng_db.db to the FIFA game: see the new league, incl. the correct name and level.
Of course the game still crashes when entering a new career, but that is only with this team. This is because there is no ID defined in the career-mode files. compdata need also to be filled (correctly).
So, my question is how do you guys using your ID's? Is it from the list that is posted from the beginning or are some of you using the ID's like seen in cards-db?

always get crash in career mode at loading screen !! Did exactly same like in the tutorials , read whole thread but still could not find the fix for career mode crash !!

The ID 13 (for example) has a relation with the different database uses for the game. Even the ID 68 has been set, but only not in fifa-db (the one for the career-mode). When adding this ID (68) to the leagues-table, you you will see that everything is correctly in place; you get the correct League-name (defined in locale-db), and it be selected when playing career-mode. Why would they choose different kind of ID's as they already are defined?
Sorry for all the double words, but I just don't believe it is needed to add new ID's, when they are already set. :P
