Create Team in CM12

Could someone tell me how to create a team in cm12?
Pretty nerdo i know, i can create faces, kits, balls etc.. But how to create a team i don't know yet ..

Just go to the team tab, click the Create icon. Add at least 18 players, assign them a formation, assign them kits. Pretty easy.
