Crashing with custom kits

So i've used "ea graph" and updated chicago Fire's home and away kits, along with chelsea fc's and Arsenal, but wheni start the match with the edited files, it crashes to desktop?

Anyone know why?
i am inporting them the way i have with my older fifa game (04 or 03) and that worked fine then, but 05 seems to not like it. any thoughst?
